Another friend (an ex-officemate) has also been converted. One night, she took her precious wig out for a testdrive and broke up with her boyf wearing one, a.k.a. napanuod ko na yon pero hindi sa pelikula! (More like drama anthology.) Full battle gear, baby! She tells me (days after, via SMS) that while it was happening, all she could think of was my own episode and how the wig made it silly and empowering at the same time, even going as far as canonizing me as patron saint of faux coif.
